We have planning systems – but they’re not truly optimized.

We have real-time passenger information system – but it doesn’t support real-time decisions.

We have telematics system – but the data is underused.

We have a ticketing system – but it’s not passenger-friendly.

We have big data analytics – but the growing volume of data is staggering.

We have multiple IT systems – but they barely talk to each other.

We have onboard equipment – but we’re still dependent on the suppliers.

We have systems in the cloud and on-premise – they work, but not together.

We need to customize solutions to our needs – but it takes too long time or becomes too expensive.

We need AI-powered solutions – but suppliers still don’t deliver what we actually need. 📉 Even tenders often fail to deliver what we expect or bring meaningful results.

📦 Operators are left relying on solutions instead of being in control of them.

Maybe your situation is different? And you have none of these problems? But here’s the interesting thing:

If you're facing even one of these issues — chances are, you'll never say it out loud or share it with anyone.

Not because you don't want to, but because that's just how the industry works.

🧩 As long as problems stay locked inside your organization — no one can help!

Not partners. Not industry peers. Not solution providers.

🤔 Every company has a job board.

But why don’t we have a “Problem Board” — a space to share the challenges we actually need help solving? Isn’t it time to speak not only about success, but also about what’s slowing us down?

💬 What are you dealing with right now?
